Maintain records and labeling of chemicals in compliance with regulations At Grupo Skytex, we are seeking to integrate a **Chemical Controller** into our team, responsible for ensuring the proper handling, control, and regulatory compliance of chemical substances used in production processes, thereby guaranteeing safety, quality, and environmental protection. **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver exact quantities of chemicals requested by production areas via authorized requisition forms. * Keep the logbook (both physical and digital) up to date with entries, withdrawals, and current balances for each reagent. * Identify and report unusual variations or excessive usage of chemicals. * Ensure all containers are correctly labeled according to applicable guidelines. * Generate and update chemical consumption data per fabric type. * Request chemicals based on production plans and consumption history. * Conduct periodic physical inventories to reconcile actual stock levels with digital records. * Keep Safety Data Sheets (SDS) updated and readily accessible for immediate consultation in case of emergencies. * Maintain order and cleanliness in designated storage areas for chemical containers. * Dispose of empty containers in accordance with established protocols.
