Quality Engineer

At Truck\-Lite Mexico, we are seeking a **Quality Engineer** with experience in the automotive sector, focused on ensuring compliance with quality standards, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement and monitor quality controls, inspections, and product traceability. * Manage customer complaints, nonconforming products, and corrective/preventive actions. * Coordinate system, process, and product audits according to **ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer requirements**. * Participate in new projects, APQP, Core Tools, and continuous improvement activities. * Monitor quality indicators (KPIs) and ensure operational compliance. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related degree. * Advanced English is desirable. * Minimum of **2 years of experience in the automotive sector**, and prior experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of **Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan)**. * Experience in audits, problem analysis, and quality management systems. * Familiarity with VDA, CQI, GD\&T, and automotive standards is desirable. **Skills:** ✔ Leadership ✔ Analytical thinking ✔ Teamwork ✔ Assertive communication ✔ Results orientation ✔ Continuous improvement **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance * Savings fund * Professional development opportunities **Apply now and join Truck\-Lite Mexico** Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $26,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings account * Company parking * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance Workplace: On\-site employment
