PAYROLL CREDIT MANAGER At Exitus Credit, we are seeking field commercial leaders who are results-oriented and have proven experience in payroll credit placement. This role is designed for professionals who lead by execution, accompany their teams in the field, and consistently convert objectives into results. **Responsibilities** * Lead and execute payroll credit placement in the assigned territory. * Direct, activate, and support commercial teams in the field. * Drive customer acquisition, deal closing, and placement growth. * Implement cross-selling and commercial activation strategies. * Monitor KPIs focused on results. * Ensure achievement of the branch's monthly targets. **Requirements** * Mandatory experience in payroll and/or domiciliary credit. * 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions (Commercial Manager or Supervisor). * Demonstrable leadership of field sales teams. * Fully commercial profile, goal-oriented. * Availability to work 80% in the field. * Knowledge of cross-selling strategies. **We Offer** Negotiable base salary: from $12,500 to $18,500 Bonuses for target achievement Timely payroll payment.
