Is part of one of the top 100 companies in Mexico. **At Ruba, we don’t just build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the top 100 companies in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team.** **TECHNICAL SERVICE SUPERVISOR** Ensures homes are delivered to customers on time, with quality and zero defects; supervises and coordinates actions between Construction and Customer Service (SC) departments to execute the repair and warranty service process timely and effectively, thereby achieving customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** Receive and authorize homes ready for deed transfer delivered by Construction Verify delivery quality of homes to SC and to customers Conduct technical diagnosis of reported failures Coordinate warranty service visits with customers Supervise contractors and the repair process.
