Industrial Civil Construction Projects At Preser OF S.A. de C.V., we are looking for a **Project Manager** to coordinate and monitor industrial civil construction projects within the automotive sector. We seek a proactive, organized, and leadership-capable individual to manage projects comprehensively, ensuring compliance with time, cost, and quality requirements. Responsibilities * Planning and monitoring of industrial civil construction projects. * Coordination of supervisors across various disciplines. * Administration and control of construction progress. * Monitoring of schedules and deliverables. * Preparation of executive reports and meeting minutes. * Client communication and follow-up. * Identification and resolution of deviations or risks. * Coordination of progress meetings. * Validation of technical and administrative documentation. Requirements * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree. * Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial projects. * Experience in the automotive sector (desirable). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning tools. * Knowledge of construction supervision and control. * Strong communication skills and leadership ability. * Organizational and follow-up capabilities. * Intermediate English. Desirable * Experience in projects at VW. * Knowledge of ISO 9001\. * Proficiency in MS Project.
