Industrial Civil Engineering Projects At Preser OF S.A. de C.V., we are seeking a **Project Manager** to coordinate and monitor industrial civil engineering projects within the automotive sector. We seek a proactive, organized, and leadership-capable individual to comprehensively manage projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Responsibilities * Planning and monitoring of industrial civil engineering projects. * Coordination of supervisors across various disciplines. * Administration and control of construction progress. * Monitoring of schedules and deliverables. * Preparation of executive reports and meeting minutes. * Client communication and follow-up. * Identification and resolution of deviations or risks. * Coordination of progress meetings. * Validation of technical and administrative documentation. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial projects. * Experience in the automotive sector (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning tools. * Knowledge of construction supervision and control. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * Organizational and follow-up capabilities. * Intermediate English proficiency. Preferred * Experience in projects at VW. * Knowledge of ISO 9001\. * Proficiency in MS Project.
