Job Summary: Provide immediate, safe, and high-quality medical care in emergency situations, ensuring timely evaluation, stabilization, and treatment with a human-centered and collaborative approach. Effective coordination with other services and a human-centered approach Provide immediate, safe, and high-quality medical care to patients in emergency situations within the continuous medical care service, ensuring proper evaluation, stabilization, and timely treatment in accordance with clinical protocols and with a human-centered, professional, and collaborative approach. • Provide immediate medical care to patients in emergency situations, ensuring a rapid and effective response. • Stabilize patients by applying resuscitation techniques, trauma management, and advanced life support (BLS, ACLS, ATLS), as required. • Adhere to institutional clinical protocols, including clinical practice guidelines and official regulations. • Accurately and promptly complete clinical records in compliance with internal policies and standards. • Coordinate effectively with nursing, laboratory, radiology, and other services to ensure comprehensive patient management. • Appropriately refer patients requiring hospitalization, consultation, or complementary studies. • Organize consultations and patient flow to minimize patient waiting times. • Maintain empathetic, professional, and service-oriented communication with patients, families, and healthcare staff. • Comply with assigned work schedule (24x36 night shifts) and remain available according to operational needs. • Actively participate in training and continuing medical education programs in the field of emergency medicine. Work Schedule: * Monday to Friday (6 AM to 2 PM) and one Sunday every 15 days. * Statutory benefits \-Location: La Enfermería \- Fray Junípero, opposite Paseo Qro.
