We are seeking a: Project Manager **Job Objective** Plan, coordinate, execute, and control construction projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality, aligned with client and company objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead comprehensive project planning (scope, budget, schedule, and risks). * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers). * Supervise construction execution to ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulations. * Monitor physical and financial progress of the project. * Manage contracts, tenders, and supplier negotiations. * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Maintain ongoing communication with clients and stakeholders. * Prepare project progress and status reports. * Resolve deviations and make strategic decisions to ensure project success. **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * Preferred: Master’s degree in Project Management or related field * Preferred certifications: * PMP (Project Management Professional) – Project Management Institute * Lean Construction / Scrum (optional) Proven experience Gross salary: $45,000 to $50,000 per month Fixed-term project duration: 10 months Location: El Jaral, NL or Apodaca, NL Position type: Project-based or fixed-term Contract duration: 10 months Salary: $49,000.00 – $50,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
