We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented person to make the moment of receiving a new car unforgettable. You will coordinate, supervise, and execute the new vehicle delivery process, ensuring each unit meets the highest standards of quality, documentation, and brand satisfaction. **What will you do daily?** * **Organize:** Schedule vehicle deliveries in collaboration with sales advisors, F\&I, and administration. * **Ensure perfection:** Verify that each unit is immaculate and road-ready (cleaning, accessories, fuel, license plates, etc.). * **Full control:** Confirm that all customer files are 100% complete (contracts, insurance policies, official ID, invoices, etc.). * **Be the host:** Conduct the formal vehicle handover, explaining operation, warranties, and services while applying the satisfaction checklist. * **Strategic coordination:** Serve as the liaison with the service department, car wash, and vendors (license plates, GPS). * **Protect the image:** Supervise that the delivery lounge is always in optimal condition and support special events (fleet deliveries, product launches). **What profile are we looking for?** * **Age:** 23 to 38 years old. * **Education:** Completed high school or technical degree (Administration, Logistics, or related field). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in customer service, logistics, or administrative processes (preferably at automotive dealerships). * **Knowledge:** Delivery procedures, inventory control, basic after-sales processes, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * **Skills:** Excellent customer service practices, effective communication, and strong sense of responsibility. **What do we offer?** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Grocery vouchers. * Cafeteria subsidy. * Funeral assistance. * An excellent work environment.
