Comprehensive support for patients and their families At Oncocenter Querétaro, an oncology infusion center, we are a 100% Mexican company focused on specialized care for cancer patients. Due to our expansion, we are currently seeking an **Administrative Receptionist** to deliver high-quality service to patients and visitors, managing front-desk operations. **Responsibilities:** * Create a welcoming and supportive environment by providing courteous and warm assistance upon patient and family arrival. * Verify patient information and personal data. * Manage and file patients' medical documents. * Answer patient phone calls and route them to the appropriate staff for follow-up. * Provide support to patients and their families. * Process service payments. * Provide amenities and support services to patients and their families. * Manage the scheduled medical appointment program. **Requirements:** · Completed high school diploma. · Minimum 3 years of experience in customer or patient service, or similar roles. · Proficiency in calendar/scheduling management. · Experience operating banking terminals and handling cash payments. · Proficiency in PC usage and Microsoft Office suite. · Basic accounting knowledge. · Professional appearance. · Positive attitude toward patients and colleagues. · Age between 25 and 50 years.
