Job Summary: Ensure the quality of raw materials and finished products by inspecting, examining, and analyzing rolls to meet customer specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure raw material quality 2. Conduct roll inspection and analysis 3. Prepare quality certificates and manage non-conformities · Ensure raw materials comply with company standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures to guarantee product quality. Review, inspect, and analyze each incoming raw material roll to verify compliance with appropriate specifications required to meet customer demands. Prepare quality certificates for incoming products in accordance with customer specifications. Document customer non-conformities and provide timely solutions in response to rejections. Perform raw material sampling to verify quality. Record material specifications.
