Position Summary: This role ensures quality training and development using LMS and in-person courses for all regional staff, guaranteeing adherence to programs and managing related processes. Manages and coordinates training and development programs **Job Responsibilities:** ● Ensure the training and development process and quality for all regional staff through the LMS platform and in-person courses, considering: a) Staff b) Operations c) Logistics ● Guarantee compliance with the initial and ongoing training programs for operational positions, as well as maintain control and record-keeping of all assigned processes. **Specific Responsibilities and Decisions:** ● Support on onboarding activities led by the District Manager Instructor. ● Schedule instructors for the annual onboarding course. ● Deliver the Safety Tips course to newly hired staff. ● Conduct U3B orientation sessions for new hires. ● Provide support and follow-up to new warehouse staff regarding U3B activities and courses. ● Certify staff trained both at School Stores and in the warehouse. ● Provide monthly feedback to the Store Manager acting as School Store Trainer. ● Plan and manage logistics for the Assessment Center for Store Managers on a quarterly basis. ● Submit the list of School Stores and their status to Corporate every 3rd of the month. ● Monthly validation of optimal operating conditions for U3B equipment at School Stores and the Regional Lab; report any failures or anomalies to the coordinator. ● Develop and monitor training schedules for Stores and Logistics. ● Conduct second-round assessments for newly hired Sales Associates. ● Prepare and analyze area performance reports, delivering them no later than the 3rd of each month. ● Maintain attendance and grading records for trained staff. ● Request and manage Welcome Kits on a monthly basis. ● Request operational manuals according to stock levels or when updates are released. ● Administer the LMS platform weekly (user creation, deactivation, updates). ● Coordinate in-person courses for operational positions, warehouse staff, and general staff. ● Schedule, administer, and communicate psychometric assessment results to Trainee and Store Manager development candidates. ● Ensure that development files are complete prior to submission to Human Resources Administration. ● Weekly scheduling of training for Store Managers. ● Archive and manage operational training folders and databases. ● Ensure timely delivery of U3B rewards and purchase items to employees; collect delivery receipts and maintain tracking and status records. ● Send monthly anniversary and birthday greetings to regional staff. ● Update the information bulletin board at the CEDIS monthly. ● Research local employee benefits monthly. ● Archive and manage documents validating regulatory compliance with STPS. ● Schedule monthly adjustment interviews for warehouse staff. ● Conduct monthly adjustment interviews for warehouse staff. ● Follow up on the training of new regional instructors. ● Monitor Incubator activities. ● Stay updated on relevant job-related topics, proposing process improvements and efficiency enhancements. ● Complete all in-person courses to support during contingencies and ensure standardized course content delivery. ● Conduct random audits at School Stores to verify training quality and process compliance. ● Employee support. ● Support general Human Resources department activities. ● Issue and deliver credentials to newly hired warehouse staff. ● Participate in the implementation and monitoring of all NOM-035 projects.
