Our primary purpose is: **Delivering Well-being** *Join our team* **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel mandatory) * **Skills:** Results-oriented mindset, honesty and professionalism, strong sense of responsibility and organization, teamwork, problem solving * **Experience:** 1 year of experience in Customer Service **General Responsibilities:** * Client and prospect service, follow-up, and negotiation. * Respond to client and prospect phone calls, messages, and emails as promptly as possible. * Provide accurate and timely information regarding our products and services. * Provide truthful and timely information about available payment methods and terms. * Send quotations and commercial/technical information to clients. * Submit service orders to the warehouse accurately and on time. * Support the sales department with quotations, follow-up, and client service. * Maintain excellent service standards when interacting with physicians and their secretaries, procurement departments, distributors, warehouses, and hospitals. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of MXN 11,000.00 to 12,000.00, tax-free * Statutory benefits * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Growth Opportunity Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: MXN $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
