At BRASIMEX Maderas y Embalajes, we are seeking a Production Supervisor with leadership skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to coordinate operational teams, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily production operations. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of production schedules. Lead and motivate operational staff, promoting a safe and collaborative work environment. Identify and resolve operational incidents and team conflicts. Monitor production and quality indicators. Prepare production reports and analyses using Excel. Implement continuous improvements in processes and operational efficiency. Requirements: Prior experience as a production supervisor or production team leader. Education in Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred). Leadership and operational staff management skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
