We are looking for Branch Assistant Manager (taco shop) Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Gastronomy, or related field * Experience as an assistant manager in restaurants with dining rooms, restaurant-cafés, table-service restaurants, and delivery operations. * Management of values, cash funds, cash closing, cash counts, costs, inventories, and average check (KPIs) Skills: * Assertive communication * Working under pressure * Problem solving * Empathy with team members * Analytical mindset * Results-oriented approach Responsibilities: * Train and motivate dining room staff. * Proper management of the assigned branch. * Coordinate and review requisitions; support inventory management in dining areas. * Receive goods from suppliers. * Supervise and support the work of team members or personnel under supervision. * Control and maintain supplies and facilities. * Develop strategies to increase sales. * Customer service, staff management, opening and closing the branch. * General administrative tasks.
