Position Summary: BRP seeks an Automation Technician or Engineer to support manufacturing processes, troubleshoot systems, and collaborate on problem resolution, contributing to innovation in recreational vehicles. Today, our operations span Canada, the United States, Mexico, Finland, Australia, and Austria, with nearly 23,000 employees, all driven by the deep belief that, at work as in life, it’s not about the destination—it’s about the journey. **Requirements:** **Education:** University-level Technical Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Automation Engineering or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in automation Minimum 1 year of experience in PLC and HMI programming Knowledge of electromechanical and pneumatic systems Experience working with programming languages Experience with industrial networks and industrial robotics Knowledge of SAP ECC **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:** Provide immediate support to manufacturing processes for resolving issues in systems (Robot, PLC, MES, and integrated manufacturing systems) under RAM responsibility Collaborate with support departments to resolve problems Execute pre-startup activities on production lines.
