Job Summary: Junior Maintenance Engineer responsible for developing improvements and new projects to optimize processes and maintain standards on production lines. Key Highlights: 1. Our Junior Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for developing maintenance area improvements and enhancements for each piece of equipment by formulating new projects that deliver process improvements and benefits, helping us sustain production line standards, performing activities such as: * Knowledge of pneumatics and electronic components. (Desirable) * Implementation of new projects and process improvements. * PLC programming. * Preventive maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Analytical techniques for solving online problems (5 Whys, Ishikawa). Requirements: * Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electromechanics Engineering degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Flexible working hours (shift work). * Intermediate conversational English. * Availability to work weekends. * Availability to rotate shifts.
