As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our facilities by performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to guarantee the safety and comfort of our patients, staff, and visitors. Job Responsibilities: - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as required, including minor repairs throughout the building. - Supervise and maintain the proper operation of electrical, plumbing, lighting, and air conditioning systems. - Conduct periodic inspections to identify any issues or maintenance needs and take necessary actions to resolve them. - Maintain an up-to-date record of performed tasks and materials used. - Maintain high standards of cleanliness and order in work areas. - Conduct routine maintenance walkthroughs of the facilities.
