




Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Engineer responsible for project profitability, budget and cost management, supplier management, and commercial support. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures project profitability and cost optimization. 2. Leads technical design in AutoCAD and supplier management. 3. Supports the commercial department and improves operational processes. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs.; Saturdays as required Salary: To be discussed based on experience Statutory benefits Job Objective: We seek a Commercial Engineer responsible for ensuring project profitability through budget preparation, cost analysis, technical design in AutoCAD, and efficient management of suppliers and materials. The role will provide commercial support, ensuring timely response times and operational control. Main Responsibilities: • Preparation of budgets, unit price analysis (UPA), and material take-offs. • Design and modification of technical drawings in AutoCAD 2D and 3D. • Evaluation of economic feasibility and monitoring of budget variances. • Use of Rack T quotation software to support the commercial department. • Negotiation and follow-up with local and national suppliers. • Cost comparisons and optimization of material expenses. • Operational support in warehouse, inventory control, and material logistics. • Collection of goods from local and external suppliers as required by the project. • Coordination of deliveries to usage points or construction sites. • Development and improvement of departmental processes and procedures. • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and continuous improvement. Requirements: • Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related field. • 2–4 years of experience in budgeting and unit price analysis. • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D. • Advanced Excel, Outlook, Teams, and cost software skills preferred. • Valid driver’s license. • Availability for operational activities and travel. • Personal vehicle preferred.
