




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative-Accounting Assistant to provide administrative support, physical inventory control, and human resources management within a small, dynamic company. Your primary focus will be physical inventory control and assistance in human resources management. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Inventory Control:** Conduct physical counts, audit movements between warehouses and stores, analyze discrepancies, and propose solutions to prevent losses. * **Human Resources Support:** Attendance tracking (Biocheck), personnel file preparation, processing of IMSS registrations and cancellations (coordination with accountant), and vacation tracking. **What are we looking for?** * **Profile:** Administrative-Accounting professional with a strong aptitude for organization and numbers. * **Skills:** Intermediate proficiency in **Excel** (essential for tables and data cross-referencing) and experience using ERP systems.
