Description

Position Summary: Lead and ensure proper resource management, guaranteeing efficiency in processes and compliance with quality and safety management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring of quality, health, and safety management processes 2. Coordination for the efficient execution of tasks and processes 3. Warehouse control and maintenance of tools and PPE Plan, direct, and ensure proper management of organizational resources to achieve established objectives. * Monitor processes in accordance with the quality, health, and safety management system for workers. * Ensure and guarantee that each task is executed efficiently by coordinating the formation, implementation, and development (if applicable) of processes and systems according to company policies, customer requirements, and their specifications, contracts, and manuals. * Archive and monitor documentation related to construction project files. * Warehouse control: material receipt, physical entries and exits, and corresponding system records. * Control and maintenance of hand tools, small machinery, and PPE. * Issuance of work orders and purchase orders in the SAI system, based on requests from Site Managers. Other Requirements: Valid driver's license, willingness to travel, and gender-neutral. System Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with systems such as SAI or CONTPAQi (not mandatory; training provided). For IMSS purposes, 100% of the salary is taxable.
