Position Summary: A prestigious hotel company in San Miguel de Allende is seeking a General Manager or Hotel Manager to supervise operations, staff, and events, with a focus on guest service and results. Promoting hotel services. Reporting area indicators (statistics, sales, hotel occupancy, event bookings). Staff management and administration. Budget control and administration. Collaborating with suppliers, agencies, and event planners. Handling and managing operational issues at the hotel. Planning and supervising hotel events as well as reservations. **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism and Hospitality, Hotel Management and Innovation, Business Management Engineering, or related field. **Experience** 3–5 years as General Manager and/or Hotel Manager. **Knowledge** Administrative and sales processes in the hospitality industry. Staff management and administration. Conversational English. Flexible working hours. Residence in San Miguel de Allende or willingness to relocate there (no relocation assistance provided).
