




Position Summary: Unit Manager responsible for managing operations in industrial dining facilities, supervising personnel, and ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages teams and operations in industrial dining facilities. 2. Ensures food quality and safety, as well as regulatory compliance. 3. Leads planning, expense control, and client negotiations. UNIT MANAGER Requirements: * 3–5 years of experience as Operations Manager in industrial dining facilities. * Completed Bachelor’s degree. * Experience in Quality Management Systems and Food Safety Processes. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, 22000\. * Financial management. * Willingness to travel. * Personnel management. * Proven experience managing industrial dining facilities. Responsibilities: * Establish performance metrics with subordinates to meet KPIs defined by Senior Management. * **Identify, together with Human Resources, necessary training for personnel.** * Ensure timely compliance with current regulations established by competent authorities. * **Manage the weekly work plan with dining facility leaders.** * Expense and budget control. * **Performance reporting** * **Dining facility financial reporting** * **Management systems** * **Warehouse and raw material control** * **Inventory management** * **Certifications** * **Coordination of services** * **Client interaction and negotiation** Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $4,000\.00 per week Work location: On-site employment
