We are looking for an **Operations Supervisor** who ensures every order is processed correctly, delivered on time, and meets quality standards—especially for perishable and refrigerated products. ### **What will you do?** * Supervise daily warehouse operations and order fulfillment for HORECA customers. * Coordinate the operational team and ensure process discipline. * Validate physical inventory against system records. * Implement improvements to reduce shrinkage and delivery times. * Ensure proper handling within cold storage rooms. ### **Ideal Profile:** * Experience in logistics operations or food distribution. * Knowledge of FIFO, inventory management, and operational control. * Strong leadership and results-oriented mindset. * Organizational skills and ability to thrive in dynamic environments. ### **We Offer:** * **Gross salary:** $20,000 to $25,000 per month. * Location: Abastos Market Zone, Guadalajara. * Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. * Statutory benefits.
