This role leverages ERP systems (preferably Sage X3\) for scheduling, inventory control, and order tracking, acting as a key liaison between production, procurement, logistics, and sales. **Key Responsibilities** **Planning \& Control** * Develop production and supply plans in ERP (X3\) * Analyze demand vs. capacity * Ensure material availability * Monitor inventory levels **Logistics \& Distribution** * Coordinate shipments and deliveries * Ensure OTIF performance * Manage logistics\-related issues **ERP \& Data Management** * Maintain and manage data in Sage X3 * Track production and customer orders * Generate reports and analysis * Align production, procurement, sales, and warehouse teams * Participate in S\&OP processes * Identify bottlenecks **Qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field * 3–6 years in planning, logistics, or supply chain * ERP experience (Sage X3 preferred, SAP/Oracle acceptable) * ERP systems (Sage X3 preferred) * Intermediate to advanced Excel * Demand planning * Inventory control * Logistics KPIs **Core Competencies** * Analytical thinking * Planning and organization * Problem\-solving * Communication * Ability to work under pressure * Decision\-making
