Theoretical \- Practical Knowledge: \- Federal Labor Law. \- Safety and Hygiene Standards (STPS, SEMARNAT, SMAOT, PAOT) \- General Working Conditions (STPS and Federal Labor Law) \- INFONAVIT Law. \- Use and handling of the INFONACOT platform, including issuance, payment, and remittance. \- Audit coordination: IMSS, STPS EHS, STPS Labor, SMAOT, PAOT, SEMARNAT, SAT (Foreign Trade), SAT, MIGRATION, ISO, STATE FINANCE, ETC. \- ISO standards to maintain departmental processes aligned with ISO 9001:2015 certification\. \- Union-related procedures. \- Renewal of permits before government authorities. \- Knowledge of payroll calculations, severance payments, vacation entitlements, vacation bonuses, bonuses, incentives, PTU (Profit Sharing), and disability benefits. \- Supplier audits. \- Oversight of general services (inspections, check replacements, property tax payments, vehicle tax payments, water bills, maintenance) at the plant.
