Position Available: Training Specialist What Are We Looking For? We seek committed and passionate candidates who wish to grow professionally and significantly contribute to the success of our current and future projects. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Capital, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field • Experience: Minimum 2 years in training • Knowledge: Intermediate-to-advanced Excel, group facilitation, and training follow-up • Skills: Effective communication, resource administration, proactivity, internal service attitude, and administrative process control. • Standard vehicle driving license (mandatory). Main Responsibilities: • Logistical coordination of training courses (room booking, coffee break arrangements, invitation distribution) • Definition and tracking of KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness • Analysis and preparation of return-on-investment (ROI) reports per course • Supplier management and negotiation, including payment and invoicing follow-up (XML and addenda) • Excel-based administration and control of training-related data (courses, participants, outcomes) We Offer: • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. • Work Location: Bosques del Acueducto, 76020 Santiago de Querétaro, Qro. • Salary: Weekly payment • Statutory benefits + additional health benefits • Training and professional development opportunities Interested in joining our team?
