Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Paramedic to manage medical incidents, maintain emergency plans, and train brigades on a construction project. Key Highlights: 1. Join an innovation-driven culture such as: Paramedic TUM or equivalent with University-Level Higher Education · Experience: 3 years as a paramedic (TUM or equivalent) · Main Responsibilities: Respond to incidents requiring first aid, document evidence, and report to the site physician and Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE) responsible. Identify, assess, and intervene in medical emergencies to safeguard life and prevent subsequent injuries. Complete pre-hospital care forms. Identify and manage trauma-related issues (hemorrhages, shock, soft tissue injuries, musculoskeletal system, head, and spine). Identify and manage medical-clinical issues (respiratory, cardiovascular, diabetic, allergic, environmental, obstetric, behavioral emergencies, and poisonings). Transport and hand over patients to the nearest healthcare facility. Maintain control over on-site emergency plans, identifying potential safety, health, and environmental emergencies in coordination with the medical services department and the site OHSE responsible. Conduct inventory control of the first-aid kit and field instruments or accessories required for emergency response. Develop and update the on-site emergency plan. Train and capacitate brigades, and keep the brigade communication board updated. Conduct site walkthroughs to establish critical routes within the project in coordination with brigade representatives. Conduct joint walkthroughs with GRUPO CHUFANI emergency brigade members and contractors. Establish emergency stations and verify their equipment. Required Knowledge: Understanding of organizational structure, documentation systems for safety, occupational health, and environment, and their implementation. Certification in Basic Life Support (CPR and AED), valid for 2 years. Experience delivering and instructing courses/training in Health and/or Medicine and Emergency Response (e.g., First Aid, Emergency Care, Minor Surgery, etc.) · We Offer: $18,000 tax-free monthly salary.
