(On-site) We are seeking a **Project Manager** for a **Family Office** to lead strategic projects focused on operational efficiency, automation, and new business development. The position coordinates the full project lifecycle—from ideation through implementation and results evaluation. **Responsibilities** * Lead projects related to operational efficiency, automation, and expansion. * Define scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, and KPIs. * Implement project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Lean). * Manage the project portfolio and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. * Design business cases and implementation plans for new businesses. * Coordinate pilots, proofs of concept (POCs), and scaling. * Develop visual executive presentations (Canva). * Create dashboards, pitch decks, and progress reports. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field. * 3–7 years of experience in financial projects, new business initiatives, or PMO functions. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and project management tools. * Proven experience creating executive presentations using Canva. * Intermediate–advanced English proficiency. * PMP or Scrum certification (preferred). * Analytical thinking, effective communication, and high adaptability. **We Offer** * Strategic role with direct exposure to senior management. * Dynamic environment, high-impact projects, and professional growth. * Competitive salary (disclosed during interview). **Confidential application.** Only candidates matching the profile will be contacted.
