Job Description * Participate in the inventory control process by providing timely and consistent information aligned with both physical and system inventory. * Generate and assign counting tasks in JDA WMS or similar systems. * Perform inventory reclassifications in WMS per customer requests. * Execute the Count Audit process: segregate physically and in WMS inventory with expired DOT; verify and resolve inventory lacking information in WMS. * Physically and in WMS segregate inventory classified as SCRAP. * Ensure SAP and WMS inventory reports are up-to-date to generate the snapshot. * Maintain updated reports on inventory process activities and productivity per shift, day, week, and month. Requirements 1\. System knowledge: 60% WMS (JDA \- Similar) 2\. Inventory control deviation analysis across locations, SKUs, warehouses, and product status. 3\. Proficiency in Excel (70%) (assessment required) 4\. Detailed knowledge of W2W. 5\. Knowledge of controlled inventory SCRAP (fiscal destructions). 6\. Product consolidation. 7\. Team leadership experience. 8\. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite. 9\. SAP system knowledge (60%). 10\. Knowledge of inventory reconciliation processes.
