REQUIREMENTS: Primary education Minimum 6 months of experience RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in ingredient preparation, including washing and disinfecting fruits and vegetables, peeling, cutting, and chopping food items per chef or senior cooks’ instructions. Set up and break down workstations before and after service. Support organization and storage of ingredients and food products in clean, labeled containers. Follow chef and senior cooks’ instructions regarding portion sizes, presentation, and preparation times. Maintain effective communication with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination during service.
