Job Objective Ensure customers receive excellent service and attention by promptly, accurately, and efficiently executing customer-requested transactions in strict compliance with institutional regulations and safeguarding cash-handled values. Main Responsibilities Serve customers and users at the counter and mobile cash desk quickly, courteously, and error-free. * Comply with Banco de México regulations, BAZ’s cash policies and procedures, and the 7’s methodology. * Safeguard cash in the secure area and adhere to bunker security measures, ensuring zero shortages. * Achieve cash productivity targets and implement the anti-queue plan. * Ensure customers enjoy the best possible service and attention experience. * Cover supervisor teller duties during their absence. Candidate Profile One year of experience performing customer service activities. * Proficiency in handling cash. * Experience managing personnel. * Knowledge of banking regulations. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Availability to work weekends. * Integrity in performing job functions. Value Proposition Fixed weekly salary starting at: $2,120. * Weekly commissions: $880 MXN. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year (increasing with seniority). * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off.
