Responsibilities Receive merchandise Manage discrepancies (physical count vs. invoice) Provide stock for sales floor SAP knowledge Handle customer service activities at the point of sale. Guide customers. Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions. Maintain the sales area organized and well-stocked. Face and arrange merchandise. Maintain cleanliness of the work area. Label and signpost products. · Requirements Prior experience in customer service or sales. Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or storage operations. Basic knowledge of products and services offered by GRUPO TRUPER. (Not mandatory) Ability to work in a team and solve problems.
