Ensures continuous improvement of the learning process. **Job Description** ------------------------- Identify, consolidate, and deliver the annual technical training plan at cement plants based on the annual training plan and Integrated Management System, with the objective of ensuring technical and human knowledge development across various operational audiences and fostering an environment of harmony and safety. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Understand and comply with the Integrated Management System Policy, as well as meet CEMEX’s objectives regarding Quality, Environment, and Safety and Health. * Promote CEMEX's Mission, Vision, and Values, leading by example. * Ensure training for unionized personnel by facilitating access to information and training, and formally accrediting such training. * Ensure the physical integrity of both personnel (indirect) under one’s supervision and facilities, while respectfully using the environment and neighboring communities. * Establish a standardized operational training program (aligned with the Integrated Management System) to develop operational talent within Business Units, enabling improvements in processes, services, and products. * Analyze and consolidate best practices and teaching methodologies to formulate a homogeneous work plan adapted to cement operations. * Identify learning needs across various plant audiences to define and enrich the curriculum to be delivered under the annual training plan. * Study, develop, and deliver academic content (technical and human) on-site, leveraging internal and external expertise to enhance personnel’s technical capabilities and human development. * Ensure continuous improvement of the learning process to establish uniform metrics and standards for evaluating and accrediting knowledge levels. * Comply with established Safety Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Specific Task Descriptions in each activity outlined in the Position Profile and in any other assigned tasks. This includes: reporting all incidents and near-misses; stopping and warning personnel who are at risk during an activity; participating in training events (toolbox talks, trainings, campaigns, etc.); managing the elimination of risk conditions in one’s area. * Responsible for verifying that personnel (direct and indirect) under one’s supervision work under appropriate safety and health conditions, and ensuring they have the proper tools to perform their activities safely.
