Leadership in HR process digitalization and automation We seek a Human Resources professional with strategic vision and solid experience in industry or manufacturing. **Essential Requirements** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field **(degree certificate mandatory).** * Minimum 4 years of experience in HR roles with autonomy (e.g., HR Coordinator or HR Manager). * **Proven experience in industry or manufacturing.** * Advanced proficiency in: Federal Labor Law and current labor reform, payroll, IMSS, INFONAVIT, Income Tax (ISR), Profit Sharing (PTU), NOM-035, and NOM-030. * Competency-based recruitment and selection. * Training, organizational climate, and development. * Proficiency with digital tools and AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or others). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel and HRIS/ATS systems. * High discretion, integrity, and business partner mindset. * Willingness to relocate to: Carretera libre Sahuayo-Colima Km. 102.86, C.P. 49600 Zapotiltic-Jalisco, Mexico **Main Job Challenges** * Design and implement a comprehensive Human Resources strategy. * Lead recruitment, hiring, and personnel administration. * Coordinate payroll and related incidents, PTU calculation, severance payments, etc. * Ensure legal and regulatory compliance. * Implement training, organizational climate, and development programs. * Generate KPIs and executive reports for senior management. * Digitize and automate HR processes. * Implement NOM-035. **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $21,400 (pre-tax) * Statutory benefits * Professional development and growth opportunities * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00–15:30 hrs; Saturdays, 7:00–12:30 hrs.
