**Administrative and Operational Project Supervisor** **Location: El Salto, Jalisco** **Company:** ***iMEi Group of Mexico*** **Department: Maintenance / Projects** **Position Type: Full-time** **Job Description:** **iMEi Group of Mexico, a contracting company specialized in industrial maintenance and project management, is seeking an Industrial Engineer to serve as Administrative and Operational Project Supervisor.** **The selected candidate will be responsible for comprehensive project supervision, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, proper execution of operational activities, and efficient administration of personnel and resources.** **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** **1\. Compliance Verification:** * **Ensure compliance with safety procedures across all work areas.** * **Conduct scheduled and random inspections, preparing daily activity reports.** * **Supervise and communicate project progress and status updates to the team.** **2\. Analysis and Management:** * **Identify potential risks and implement preventive solutions.** * **Propose improvements to existing processes.** * **Track project metrics: construction schedules, procurement plans, personnel histograms, and overall activity flow.** * **Apply project control and management methodologies.** **3\. Coordination and Leadership:** * **Manage and coordinate operational personnel.** * **Participate in meetings with clients and involved departments.** * **Conduct site surveys and initiate new projects.** **4\. Document Control:** * **Maintain up-to-date project tracking folders and records.** * **Manage tools for monitoring staff working hours and attendance.** **5\.
