VACANCY: SALES POINTS COORDINATOR Poultry Shop **Roast Chicken Restaurant** Grilled Chicken **Work Location:** Sayula and Cd. Guzmán **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Breakfast and lunch time Variable rest period WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? If you have experience in personnel management, sales, and operational supervision… this opportunity is for you! ✅ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervision of poultry shop and roast chicken restaurant sales points. * Coordination of operational staff. * Verification of hygiene, quality, and service standards. * Inventory supervision and shrinkage control. * Staff training on customer service and internal processes. * Supervision of cold chain operations and proper food handling. * Weekly staff scheduling. * Preparation of sales reports. * Follow-up on operational incidents. * Implementation of sales strategies.
