Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide consultation and solutions to customers using Point-of-Sale (POS), Electronic Invoicing, and Inventory Management systems—explaining processes and training users. Key Highlights: 1. Customer consultation and training on Point-of-Sale (POS) and invoicing systems. 2. User-perspective validation of new software features. 3. Ongoing training on tax-related and technological topics. We seek a candidate with a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, International Trade, or related field to support and provide solutions to our customers in using our POS, Electronic Invoicing, and Inventory Management systems—someone who speaks the customer’s language and helps resolve daily operational questions. **What will you do with us?** * **Process Consultation:** Explain to customers how to issue invoices (CFDI), perform cash closures, and upload inventory data into the system. * **User Training:** Train business owners and employees to use tools efficiently, optimizing their workflows. * **Update Validation (QA):** Test new software features from an administrator’s or accountant’s perspective before public release. * **Operational Configuration:** Configure product catalogs, taxes, and invoicing parameters according to each business’s specific needs. **Ideal Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, International Trade, or related field (students completing thesis or graduates). * **Knowledge:** Clear understanding of what an invoice is, how inventory works, and basic business administration concepts. * **Skills:** Strong verbal communication, patience in teaching, and excellent spelling. * **Tools:** Proficient use of Windows and Excel. We provide specialized training for our POS and Inventory Management systems. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary range: 10,000 to 10,500 MXN. * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (including one-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. * Statutory benefits. * Ongoing training on tax-related and technological topics. * Job stability and access to a specialized technical support team to assist with complex hardware/network issues.
