Our goal is to provide an exceptional and personalized experience to guests from their arrival through their entire stay. **GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: \-Receiving and attending national and international guests \-Managing reservations, phone calls, messaging, and other platforms \-Customer follow-up and closing direct sales \-Using Office Suite software and hotel management software \-Teamwork and coordination to ensure guests receive exceptional service **REQUIREMENTS:** ◉ Experience: 1 year in customer service, hospitality, or sales ◉ Excellent appearance and proactive attitude ◉ Technical degree and/or Bachelor's degree ◉ MANDATORY: PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH (Level subject to evaluation) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Application question(s): * Do you have experience using Office Suite software?
