Controls branch expenses, billing, and supplies **Objective:** Ensure the administrative and operational efficiency of the branch, as well as compliance with administrative and sales tasks, through timely support to staff activities and functions via management, communication, planning, organization of documentation, activities, and personnel handling. Responsible for controlling and supervising branch expenses, sending and tracking sales reports, bank deposits, petty cash management, as well as billing and quotation of orders. Also responsible for supplying requirements of various departments or branch needs, such as stationery, cleaning supplies, fuel, marketing materials, and tracking timely order delivery. Responsible for supervising staff, including verifying compliance with duties and activities that ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
