Responsible for warehouse operational efficiency Oversee the operation of the assigned area—receiving and/or shipping—by supervising assigned operational staff to ensure correct and efficient warehouse operations. Responsible for the following processes: * Receiving and storage * Shipping * Handling of valuables * Team development * Service leadership Key Performance Indicators: * Shrinkage caused by operations. * Timely and proper shipment of loads onto transportation vehicles. * Proper management of warehouse personnel, ensuring full coverage of operations.
