You will serve as a strategic pillar in building trust-based relationships, ensuring the financial and operational integrity of assigned accounts through rigorous technical analysis and unwavering professional ethics grounded in principles of character and competence. ### **What You’ll Do** **Analysis and Data:** * Create, systematize, and analyze the department’s database. * Generate reports and identify risks in account management. * Simplify processes by developing useful tools. **Operational Management:** * Structure, plan, and implement established processes. * CRM documentation and management of transactional emails. * Customer management and advisory support. **Supervision:** * Supervise account handling performed by third parties, clients, external collaborators, and insurance companies. ### **What We’re Looking For** * **Languages:** Intermediate\-Advanced English. **Technical Tools:** * **Intermediate Excel** (Mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and GMAIL. * **Knowledge:** Data analysis and decision-making ability. * **Key Skills:** Autonomy, client interaction, numerical aptitude, proactivity, and organizational skills. ### **What We Offer** * **Base Salary:** $10,000 MXN ($12,000 MXN upon achieving permanent employment status). * **Employment Type:** Direct hire with the company. * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. \- 5:00 p.m. **Benefits:** * **Weekends off.** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Initial and ongoing training. * Career growth plan. * One-hour lunch break and a birthday Day off.
