Position Objective: Coordinate/manage the supervisory resources and team under your responsibility to ensure efficient operations at the Distribution Center, guaranteeing compliance with the Operational Plan and adherence to related processes. Requirements: Industrial Engineering degree, Business Administration degree, or related field. Intermediate Excel proficiency (verifiable). Experience in similar positions with personnel reporting directly to you (4 direct reports / 70 indirect reports). Availability of time and willingness to travel (if necessary).
