Requirements: Industrial Engineering degree, Business Administration degree, or related field. Intermediate Excel proficiency (verifiable). Experience in similar positions with personnel reporting directly to you (4 direct reports / 70 indirect reports). Availability of time and willingness to travel (if necessary).
