Job Summary: We are seeking a site resident to supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial and commercial buildings, managing personnel and ensuring project progress tracking. Leading company in industrial and commercial maintenance services ***TCM Maintenance and Construction*** We are seeking a **site resident** for projects related to preventive and corrective maintenance contracts for buildings of industrial or commercial enterprises. **Main Job Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate the activities of personnel, including technical crews and piecework staff, across various corrective and preventive maintenance tasks in commercial or industrial buildings. Prepare payroll prelists, conduct site surveys, generate reports, requisition materials, and track project schedules. **Skills and Knowledge:** Knowledge of construction processes and/or maintenance practices, PC proficiency, positive attitude, responsibility, teamwork, and availability. **Requirements:** Civil Engineering or Architecture degree; minimum age of 28; flexible working hours; minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or construction projects. **We Offer:** Base salary of $20,000 MXN per month (tax-free), statutory benefits, work equipment, and transportation (standard). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM; Sundays off. Flexible working hours required. **Work Location:** Chihuahua City and neighboring municipalities.
