Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Resident to supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance in industrial or commercial buildings. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on excellence in the industrial and commercial sectors ***TCM Maintenance and Construction*** We are seeking a **Construction Resident** for projects related to preventive and corrective maintenance contracts for buildings owned by industrial or commercial enterprises. **Main Job Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate staff activities—including technical crews and subcontracted personnel—across various corrective and preventive maintenance tasks in commercial or industrial buildings. Prepare preliminary estimates, site surveys, reports, material requisitions, and monitor project schedules. **Skills and Knowledge:** Knowledge of construction processes and/or maintenance practices; computer proficiency; positive attitude; responsibility; teamwork; availability. **Requirements:** Civil Engineering or Architecture degree; minimum age 28; flexible working hours; minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or construction projects. **We Offer:** Base monthly salary of $18,000 MXN (tax-free), plus profit-sharing commission; statutory benefits; work equipment and transportation (standard). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (including one-hour lunch break); Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM; Sundays off. Flexible working hours required. **Work Location:** Chihuahua City and neighboring municipalities.
