Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer or related professional with experience in logistics and food industry regulations to analyze operations, design improvement strategies, and supervise processes. Key Highlights: 1. Design improvement strategies and contribute to achieving objectives. 2. Plan, coordinate, and supervise operations, including warehouse activities. 3. Optimize warehouse processes and report results to management. **Requirements:** * Age: 25 years or older * Education: Industrial Engineering or related field * Gender: Unrestricted * Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions (preferably in food companies) **Knowledge:** * Intermediate Excel proficiency * EPICOR system proficiency * Personnel management * Logistics * Food industry regulatory compliance **Responsibilities:** * Analyze operations and design improvement strategies * Develop strategies contributing to objective achievement (KPIs) * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all company operations * Warehouse supervision * Optimization of warehouse processes * Reporting results to executive management **Competencies:** * Teamwork * Active listening * Proactivity * Frustration tolerance **We Offer:** Mixed shift from Monday to Friday.
