Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate warehouse and shipping operations, ensuring process compliance and resource optimization, with a focus on safety and productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Leads key operations including receiving, warehousing, picking, and shipping. 2. Ensures inventory accuracy and achievement of logistics KPIs. 3. Coordinates personnel and guarantees safety and quality standards. **Job Objective** Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of warehouse and shipping operations, guaranteeing timely, accurate, and high-quality performance of receiving, warehousing, picking, and dispatching processes, optimizing resources while complying with safety and productivity standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operations of **receiving, warehousing, picking, shipping, and distribution**. * Ensure adherence to **shipping schedules** and delivery timelines. * Coordinate operational staff (forklift operators, pickers, warehouse assistants). * Control inventories and ensure **record accuracy (physical vs. system)**. * Implement and monitor **performance indicators (KPIs)**: * Service level (OTIF) * Productivity * Inventory accuracy * Loading/unloading times * Guarantee compliance with **safety, order, and cleanliness standards (5S)**. * Identify operational deviations and execute **corrective actions**. * Ensure proper use of equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.). * Coordinate with **transportation, planning, and customer service** departments. * Train and evaluate operational staff. * Prepare shift operation reports. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree or engineering degree (Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field). **Experience:** * 2–4 years supervising warehouses or distribution centers. * Experience managing operational staff. * Experience in shipping and inventory control. **Technical Knowledge:** * WMS / ERP systems * Inventory management (FIFO, FEFO) * Logistics KPIs * Industrial safety * Forklift operation (preferred) **Skills** * Leadership and team management * Decision-making * Effective communication * Results-oriented mindset * Organization and planning * Ability to work under pressure **Working Conditions** * **Rotating shifts** (morning, afternoon, night) * Availability to work weekends and holidays * Work in an operational environment (warehouse) **Suggested Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Shipping compliance (%) * Inventory accuracy (%) * Productivity per hour * Service level (OTIF) * Operational incidents * Accident rate Salary: $16,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
