Job Summary: We are seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations, human resources, customer service, and sales, ensuring adherence to company policies and profitability objectives. Extensive opportunities for development and growth within the organization **We are Mexico’s leading auto parts retailer.** **We operate over 70 branches nationwide and want you to join our team as:** ***Branch Manager*** ***Work Location:*** Avenida Rio Florido 301, Sector Oriente, Delicias Chihuahua, 33000, Delicias Chihuahua, Mexico ***Prior knowledge of auto parts—specifically suspension and steering systems—is mandatory.*** ***WE OFFER:*** * Base salary of $22,000 monthly (pre-tax) * Monthly and quarterly bonuses based on achievement of targets * Statutory benefits from day one, plus additional benefits beyond statutory requirements * Grocery vouchers of $1,375.00 monthly (independent of your salary) * 30-DAY BONUS (Aguinaldo) * Weekly payroll * Savings fund * Life insurance * Profit-sharing * Full statutory benefits from day one * 100% IMSS registration * Extensive opportunities for development and growth within the organization * Career advancement \* ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** *\- Comprehensively manage all operational aspects of the branch—including human resources, customer service, sales, warehouse management, distribution, and cash handling—ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures. Foster a positive work environment, deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve sales and profitability targets, thereby reinforcing the company’s leadership position in specialized suspension and steering components.* · Ensure compliance with company-defined policies and procedures. · Maintain an agreeable workplace atmosphere within the branch, treating each employee fairly and respectfully. · Coordinate and supervise activities of assigned staff. · Ensure customer conversion at the assigned branch. · Analyze branch KPIs and evaluate performance of assigned personnel to implement effective improvement actions. · Meet objectives set for promotions, new product launches, and special sales campaigns. ***IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** * Recent experience in automotive parts (MANDATORY) * Preferred education: Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Desirable). * Experience selling automotive parts. * Basic mechanical knowledge. * Personnel management skills. * Inventory management. * Problem-solving ability. **Interested candidates should apply through this channel; we will contact you to schedule an interview.** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Savings fund * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
