Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure, coordinating image changes, and managing the repair of store-related failures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and finishes. 2. Coordinating seasonal store image changes and in-store programs. 3. Diagnosing and repairing refrigeration, air conditioning, and other equipment. **Education: High School / Technical Degree** **Work Experience**: 2 to 3 years Knowledge of tools, electricity, plumbing, and painting. Ensuring proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, keeping all equipment operational—including equipment in active stores and newly opened locations. **Job Objectives** * Track issues and upload reports to the GIM system, resolving technical and store image problems effectively. * Coordinate store image changes, layout updates (lay aut), and seasonal in-store programs. * Diagnose, request, and repair equipment including (refrigeration, air conditioning, coffee machines, hydro-pneumatic systems, equipment automation), etc. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on interior and exterior finishes. * Manage payments to vendors related to maintenance activities. * Request materials required to repair failures and correct anomalies identified in stores. * Adhere to the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule assigned by the Maintenance and Construction Manager in coordination with the Regional Manager. * Support inventory collection and transportation of merchandise supplies and accessories to the region.
