This role ensures **machinery reliability, availability, and efficiency** through preventive and corrective maintenance, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining safety and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electropneumatic systems. * **Diagnose and troubleshoot** failures in automated equipment and production lines. * Read and interpret **electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical diagrams**. * Prepare **technical reports and maintenance records** according to company procedures. * Implement **continuous improvement initiatives** (Poka\-yoke, TPM, process optimizations) to reduce downtime and improve efficiency. * Provide **basic training and support** to production operators when required. * Ensure compliance with **safety procedures, quality standards, and technical documentation**. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering** (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related). * **1 to 3 years of experience** working with automated equipment or production lines in an industrial environment. **Skills** * Strong **troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills**. * Ability to work **under pressure** and respond quickly to equipment issues. * Solid knowledge of **electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems**. * Ability to read and interpret **technical diagrams**. * Good **communication and teamwork skills**. * Strong focus on **quality and continuous improvement**. * **Intermediate conversational English required**.
